Underworld: Release Dark Train on Limited drop.

Be quick tastemakers... originally released in the summer of 1994 via one of our favourite labels, Junior Boys Own. This is a proper anthem. On the original release the track was called Dark & Long, with the brilliant artwork by Tomato featuring the Dark Train mix which seamlessly straddled the techno world and placed into the shiny super clubs in the mid 90's. Eighteen months after release and still going like a train, the track gained a cult following after featuring in Danny Boyle’s 1996 film Trainspotting. The rest is just pure cinematic brilliance, spliced to the euphoric drops and hypnotic tempo of the track.

We'd say it influenced a generation, often imitated over the years, Dark Train was never equalled.

This new mix of Dark Train builds on Underworld’s recent live performances of the track. For this exclusive release, Underworld have  weaved further magic on the original mix in the Pigshed as if it were being played out, and we were stood together in field or concert hall, riding that train together.

Now wouldn't that be something.
